Ways to Re-Use Empty Candle Jars and Tins

Below are some ideas on how you can reuse your empty candle jars and tins after finishing your candle. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle creatively!

Cleaning: Always clean the candle jar or tin thoroughly before reusing to remove any wax residue. You can do this by freezing it first, then remove any remaining residue with a spoon or butter knife. Clean with soap & water or rubbing alcohol.

  • Storage containers: Use them to store small items like buttons, paperclips, hair ties, or even spices in the kitchen, pet treats, coins, keys
  • Decorative vases: Use them as a centerpiece filled with dried or fresh flowers or for succulents.
