Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours of processing to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Wholesale retailers
Orders can be picked up and placed from our retail partners. If shopping with our partners, refer to their store policies, which may differ from Iwa Candle Co.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 6 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We offer free shipping with orders over $150 before tax.

Return/Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at iwacandleco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
